It also allows you to clock in/out with PC keyboard or new intranet web client from any workstation (or use optional Fingerprint Reader or Mag Stripe Reader); assign job codes to specific groups of employees for payroll purposes; calculate all paid time, with flexible rounding, overtime and work schedule rules; prepare and export timecard runs to many popular payroll providers; and analyze hours worked, overtime and more with custom reporting. Gradience TimeClock is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, and software training and technical support are available. Plus, the software is equipped with robust security features to protect against abuse and keep data secure. Gradience TimeClock shares an integrated database with two other titles: Gradience Attendance (attendance tracking) and Gradience Records (employee records). This means that information only has to be entered once, and the other programs are automatically populated with the data. Other Gradience titles include Forms Manager (personnel forms), OSHA Manager (OSHA recordkeeping), Employee Handbook Manager, Employee Handbook Bilingual (English and Spanish) and Supervisor's Handbook Manager.
