Active Fraud Shield is a trustworthy and sophisticated internet stream filter that detects, displays and blocks almost all fraud attempts. It is designed for the PayPal online payment service in order to protect PayPal accounts against phishing and fraud. Active Fraud Shield is a proxy program, scanning all internet traffic for detection of PayPal phishing or fraud. The utility uses special rules and a special detection engine.
