RealTime is a complete Time and Attendance solution comprised of Administrative and Reporting tools and ways for employees to punch their time. For the small/medium size business with fewer than 100 employees, we offer the RealTimeEZ software in conjunction with low cost time clock options and data collection tools. We realize that running a small business doesn't mean you have small needs. That's why our RealTimeEZ software has all the capabilities of our full version, with the only difference being the number of employees it will handle. As for the medium/large companies with over 100 employees, we offer the full version of our RealTimeâ„¢ software with various time clock and data collection options. RealTime software is used for managing and reporting employee hours. It can be installed on multiple computers and each user can be given passwords and restrictions, each according to their need. Utilize any of the Time Clock options we offer. You can implement Modem or Ethernet clocks for satellite offices or secondary locations. Take advantage of the free PCTimeClock utility for your computer based workers. If, in fact, you are in the Service Provider business, i.e. Professional Employers, Payroll Service Bureaus, Accounting Firms or other businesses that will perform Time and Attendance processes on behalf of their clients. We offer our Multi-Client version of RealTime. Using Modem or Ethernet based Time Clock options, you are able to collect Time information on your clients' behalf. RealTime software will allow you review, edit and report client information, independently from your other clients' data. RealTime has the capability of automating the collection of punch data so you don't have extra tasks to worry about. Sundial also offers an "AutoReports" module for your RealTime software that will allow you to automatically generate reports for your clients and send them by fax or e-mail during the night. A complete hands-off solution for you and them!
