Club Cracker Cookies 42 Club Crackers 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup sliced almonds or pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Boil the butter and sugar together for 2 minutes, then add vanilla extract. Pour over 42 club crackers on foil-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts over all. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from foil.
