Holiday Wassail 6 cups apple cider 2 1/2 cups apricot nectar 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice 1 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon whole cloves 4 whole allspice 3 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Strain and discard spices. Serve hot. Makes 3 quarts.
