Frangelico Coffee Chippers 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups butter or margarine 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda 1/4 cup Frangelico (hazelnut liquor) 1/4 cup Tia Maria (coffee liquor) 1 tablespoon salt 3 eggs 6 cups flour 1 1/2 pounds chocolate chips 4 ounces pecans, chopped 4 ounces walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.
Cream sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt. While creaming, add eggs one at a time. Add flour, chocolate chips and nuts; mix well. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container after cookies are cool.
