Chi Chi 2 cups crushed ice 1/2 ounce silver rum 3/4 ounce coconut cream 2 1/2 ounces pineapple juice Fresh pineapple spear Maraschino cherry
Blend ice with rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Pour into a hurricane or tall glass without straining. Add additional ice to fill glass. Garnish with a spear of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a jumbo straw.
