Honey Crunch Snack 3 cups corn bran cereal 1 cup oats 1 cup salted peanuts 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 to 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine corn bran cereal, oats, peanuts and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Heat butter, honey and brown sugar until well combined. Pour over cereal mixture to coat. Bake in a jellyroll pan for 25 minutes. Stir once or twice. When baked, stir in raisins. Spread on wax paper to cool.
