Zucchini Fritters 2 cups grated zucchini 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Bisquick 1 egg Salt and pepper In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Spoon mixture on to a hot griddle and cook like pancakes.
