This is my absolute favorite burger dish, and I have been eating it for over 40 years! 1 pound ground beef 1/2 onion, minced fine 1 can green beans 3-4 potatoes Ketchup to taste 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Brown the ground beef and onion. Season with the salt and pepper. Mash up the taters, any way you wish is fine. Combine the burger, green beans and add as much ketchup as you like. Place this in a casserole and top with the mashed taters. Top that with the cheese and bake until golden brown. Oven temp is 350 degrees F.
