Texas Dry Rub You can use this rub on almost anything you barbecue. Rubbing this into the meat, covering it and refrigerating overnight is a good way to use it.
3/4 cup paprika 1/4 cup ground black pepper 1/4 cup Gebhardt® Chili Powder 1/4 cup salt 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons onion powder 1 tablespoon ground cayenne
Mix the spices thoroughly. Store leftover rub in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.
