butterfinger ice cream Recipe


Butterfinger Ice Cream
This is for a 1 1/2 gallon freezer.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 can evaporated milk
3 cups granulated sugar
Milk (to fill freezer)
4 king-size Butterfingers® or 8 (11 ounce) size Butterfingers®

Mix the first 6 ingredients, then add the chopped or broken Butterfingers. Freeze in ice cream maker.
