Apple Flapjacks 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 apple, grated Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in milk, egg and butter; mix until well combined. Stir in apple. Drop by tablespoons onto hot, well-greased griddle. Cook until browned on both sides.
