Flounder with Cheese

Makes 6 servings.

2 pounds flounder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Fold fillets in half crosswise. Spread with mayonnaise-cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
