Neon Sidewalk Chalk 3 tablespoons plaster of Paris 2 tablespoons brightly colored paint powder 1/4 cup water 2 solid-stick deodorant lids greased with butter
Mix plaster of Paris, paint powder and water. Pour into prepared deodorant lids. Let dry for half an hour. Loosen sides and knock chalk out.
