Sweet Barbecue Sauce This is good for beef or chicken. 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine 1 medium onion, diced 1 cup brown sugar 1 small bottle catsup 1/2 cup water Dash of hot sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder Melt margarine; add onion and brown sugar and simmer together for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer together for 20 minutes.
