This is a relatively harmless memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. While installing a memory resident, the virus infects the C:COMMAND.COM file. During even months (February, April, etc.) on the 4th, 8th, and 12th, the virus also hooks INT 1Ch and plays a tune.
