It is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic Windows95 specific virus. It searches Windows EXE files, then writes itself to the middle of the file. The overwritten data is moved to the end of the file while infection.
The virus has several bugs and often corrupts files while infecting them. It contains the text string:
