This is a harmless, non-memory resident encrypted parasitic Win95 virus. It searches for PE EXE files in the current, Windows and Windows system directories, then writes itself to the end of files.
The virus is not compatible with WinNT and infected files crash in there. The virus does not manifest itself in any other way. It contains the text string:
Win98.PriestSVS/COREA/MOV
